Van Riley has a history of successfully managing large projects and events, including contractual, budgetary and operational experience, with a strong background in logistical planning.
He has collaborated with and supervised staff and contractors for all creative design, technical, operational, and hospitality needs.
His experience includes working directly with corporate sponsors, show producers, event committees, and high-end private clientele. He has managed projects with $5 million dollar budgets and events with over 100,000 participants.

His clients have included both private individuals, as well as large organizations such as The Entertainment Industry Foundation (Including the National Cancer Research Alliance, Women's Cancer Research Fund, the Peapod Foundation, and more), The Walt Disney Company, Heifer International, and others. He has worked with executives from The Screen Actors Guild, The National Hockey League, Paramount Studios, ABC Television, Warner Bros, Atlantic Records, Warner Music Group, DirecTV, Dolby, Revlon, Toyota, and many more.
